Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns

At Buzzazi we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order; we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.

We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.


After you generate a query, the Quality Department will investigate the issue and get back to you.

After reviewing your case, we may offer you an Exchange or refund on store credit (coupon/discount code) which can be used for future purchases.
To complete your return, please send your article to our return address with the original invoice.
The article should be unused with all tags intact.
Once we have received your return article, our representative will get in touch with you and proceed with the exchange/refund process.
We do not offer refunds or exchange on discounted and sale items.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

·         If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

·         Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

·         If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at buzzaziofficial@gmail.com. 



Shipping and Exchange

·         Refund/exchange is only valid if the article has a genuine quality issue.

·         Refund/exchange articles must be unused. Unstitched articles will not be entertained if stitched or altered.

·         In case of exchange/refund customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.

·         If you need to exchange or return, send us an email at buzzaziofficial@gmail.com and send your item to Buzzazi (Pvt) Ltd. 11-km Bosan Road, Multan, Pakistan.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
