Refund & Exchange Policy
Returns
At Buzzazi we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order; we do not offer any return or exchange under normal conditions.
We only offer Conditional Exchange if you face quality issues with the product:
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing etc.
After you generate a query, the Quality Department will investigate the issue and get back to you.
After reviewing your case, we may offer you an exchange or you can avail coupon or discount code as order amount will not be refunded back instead a coupon of same value will be provided that can be used to purchase from website.
To complete your return, please send your article to our return address with the original invoice.
The article should be unused with all tags intact.
Once we have received your return article, our representative will get in touch with you and proceed with the exchange/refund process.
We do not offer refunds or exchange on discounted and sale items.
Shipping and Exchange
· The refund claim time is 14 days after the order delievered.
· Refund/exchange is only valid if the article has a genuine quality issue.
· Refund/exchange articles must be unused. Unstitched articles will not be entertained if stitched or altered.
· In case of exchange/refund customer will be responsible for all shipping, handling costs.
· If you need to exchange or return, send us an email at buzzaziofficial@gmail.com or send massage on our whatsapp number +923211112006 and send your item to Buzzazi (Pvt) Ltd. 11-km Bosan Road, Multan, Pakistan.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
